Please Note : Lots 1 to 53 inclusive end 60 seconds apart and should any bid be received during the last 10 minutes of the sale, the chance to bid on that particular lot will be extended to 10 minutes.   Lots 54 onwards end 30 seconds apart.  Important – when bidding do not forget to refresh your screen to ensure you are aware of all current bids.

Value Added Tax will be charged at the standard rate

Buyer's Premium : 15 % Plus VAT is applicable on all lots

A forklift truck is available to assist with the loading of lots (Subject to Weights and Capacity)

Eddisons do not ship items directly, arrange delivery nor do we package or load. We are not able to print labels, provide boxes or seal boxes and do not provide any kind of shipping or loading services

Any Goods that are paid for, but not collected on the designated day of collection or with prior arrangement with the Auctioneer will be treated as abandoned. Please remember to inform us if you intend using a carrier, to avoid us disposing of goods you might think have already been collected.

Please note that Lots are SOLD AS SEEN, are not tested nor are they guaranteed to work and/or be complete.

There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances

If any of these rules of bidding might pose a problem, then please refrain from bidding

All handling equipment included in the auction is to remain available to assist in the removal of lots and will be available for collection during the afternoon of the final clearance day (Please Note : Not all Auctions include Handling Equipment, please check prior to placing a bid)

The Purchaser is entirely responsible for all customs and excise duties including all paperwork requirements

At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale final bid figures will be submitted to the seller for its approval and any Bid shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the Company/Seller.

No bid may be withdrawn and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid or any other Bid placed in the course of the online Auction Sale.
